Check guest reservations over on our online portal,company
mobile numbers, whatsapp reservation sheet on daily basis.
Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
Daily basis guest calling providing information about facilities,
programs and other services.
Asking about food and services offer for next visit .
Excellent customer service skill.
Have a proven track record of efficiently seating guest.
Maintaining accurate guest list , wait lists increase customer satisfaction .
