We are hiring an experienced CNC Programmer with knowledge of SolidCAM, Swiss-type sliding head machines, and Gun Drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create & optimize CNC programs in SolidCAM
- Handle 7 Axis & 8 Axis machines
- Perform simulation & program validation
- Support setup, prove-out & first piece approval
- Troubleshoot programming & machining issues
- Maintain tooling, setup sheets & production quality
Machine Exposure
- Tornos Swiss ST 26
- DMG MORI Sprint 20/8 Linear
- Fanuc Controller (mandatory)
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / CIPET
- Experience in CNC Programming preferred
