Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, service requests, and after-sales support activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests related to products and after-sales support.
- Register and track customer complaints and service tickets in the system.
- Coordinate with the Service, Operations, and Technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their complaints and service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful closure of complaints and satisfaction with the resolution provided.
- Coordinate product replacement, repair, and warranty-related requests as per company policies.
- Escalate critical customer issues to the respective department heads when required.
- Ensure all service requests are resolved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Support the After Sales team in improving customer service processes and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or After Sales operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
