Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager shall lead the marketing of NanoSkool and its initiatives. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, school outreach, social media, partnerships, events, and community engagement to achieve rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Outreach & Partnerships
- Liaison with schools, principals, and coordinators.
- Schedule webinars and demonstrations.
- Develop partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
- Promote all the activities of NanoSkool.
2. Community Building
Assist the Curriculum Head to:
- Manage WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media communities.
- Engage students, parents, and teachers.
- Coordinate ambassadors and volunteers.
- Build regional chapters.
3. Event Management
Assist the Curriculum Head to Coordinate:
- Weekly webinars
- Guest sessions
- Debate competitions
- Extempore contests
- MUN events
- Olympiads
4. Marketing Execution
Monitor:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
*YouTube
Coordinate:
* Posters
* Reels
* Newsletters
* Email campaigns
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
Daily targets:
School outreach
Follow-up mails/calls
WhatsApp campaigns
Lead nurturing
Track:
- Registrations
- Conversion rates
- Social media metrics
- Event participation
- Weekly growth reports
Should be able to work on targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
