Job Title: Full-Time Content Creator & Instagram Manager (On-Site)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and talented Content Creator who can consistently create engaging content, handle professional camera equipment, edit videos, design graphics, and manage our Instagram account independently.
This is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will stay with us, with accommodation and meals provided, and will be responsible for creating content on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and create high-quality photo and video content.
- Professionally handle cameras and related equipment.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and other digital platforms.
- Create graphics, social media creatives, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Manage our Instagram account, including content posting, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Develop creative content ideas and content calendars.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and implement them effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all content.
Requirements
- Strong creativity and content storytelling skills.
- Professional camera handling and videography experience.
- Excellent video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Decent graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Experience managing Instagram accounts independently.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and stay at the provided accommodation.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of delivering content consistently.

Compensation
