Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will understand student requirements, provide program guidance, and support them from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Assist candidates with applications, documentation, and enrollment formalities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Manage leads effectively and drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education consulting, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
