Responsibilities:
- Manage and update client information within our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Make outbound calls to clients using AI-assisted tools to provide updates or gather information.
- Log all call details and interactions into the CRM database daily.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client queries are handled smoothly.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to maintain a consistent professional standard.
