Job Description
We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to manage and supervise manpower deployment and labour activities at our client site in Taratala, Garden Reach, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in labour handling/manpower supervision
✔ Own bike with valid Driving License (Mandatory)
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp)
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to handle attendance, labour deployment, and site coordination
Job Responsibilities
- Daily labour attendance management
- Manpower deployment and supervision
- Coordination with site management and workers
- Maintaining attendance and labour records
- Reporting daily manpower status
- Ensuring smooth execution of site activities
Salary
₹15,000/- per month
