Sales Executive – Modular Kitchen & Home Furniture

Job Summary
Cardinal Woods is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and respond to online inquiries.
Generate new leads through architects, interior designers, builders, and referrals.
Visit customers' homes for requirement discussions when needed.
Explain modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, and home furniture solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with the design and production teams.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience (Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Interior, Building Materials, or Home Décor preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to travel within Pune.
Salary & Benefits
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
