Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to manage construction activities on-site, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage material usage and ensure proper inventory control
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision (freshers can apply if specified)
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and handle pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of estimation and billing
- Understanding of safety standards and site documentation
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
