Your tasks
- Focussed marketing campaigns on digital & traditional media customized to the region, season, festivals & celebrations and so on to influence consumer behaviour.
- Developing effective digital communication strategies that generate the interest of different stakeholders involved.
- Creating informative and interesting social media content and related communications. Manage appropriate social media platforms on behalf of the organization.
- Undertake face to face and remote selling to new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels with structured targets.
- Responsible for fuelling overall sales of existing stores in different channels through digital and traditional BTL marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan, prepare and execute the distribution to achieve targeted sales right from the first month.
- Monitor competition (pricing changes, promotional campaigns, new products, expansions & acquisitions) and bring in that insight to further hone the brand strategy.
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor Degree. A degree in social science will be an advantage. Qualifications in journalism, public relations or relevant fields will also be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Bengali. Proficiency in managing and improving social media communication.
- Ability to work from Kolkata as well as from different project locations.
- Energy and enthusiasm to create new communication ideas and target-driven action.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
