Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Head to establish, lead, and mature the Project Management Office (PMO) within a global IT infrastructure, security, or services organization. The role is responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, delivery excellence, and executive reporting while building a high-performing PMO aligned with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the PMO function, defining governance frameworks, methodologies, templates, KPIs, and reporting standards.

Drive enterprise-wide portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle governance across multiple programs and teams.

Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to Project Managers and PMO teams.

Partner with executive leadership to align project execution with business strategy and transformation goals.

Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Deliver portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and performance insights to leadership.

Manage stakeholder communication across executive teams, clients, vendors, and global delivery units.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO maturity, processes, and delivery efficiency.

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of PMO resources.

Maintain centralized documentation, project repositories, and governance artifacts.\
Required Skills:

Experience in IT infrastructure, security, or IT services environments.

7+ years of experience leading PMO functions or large-scale enterprise programs.

Strong expertise in portfolio management, project governance, and delivery oversight.

Proven experience managing global, multi-team, complex project environments.

Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and scheduling.

Excellent executive communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities.

Experience in driving process improvement and organizational transformation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in IT, project/program management, or IT services environments.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in leading PMO functions or managing large-scale enterprise programs.
- Mandatory PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Strong experience in portfolio management, project governance, and enterprise delivery oversight.
- Proven track record in managing global, multi-team, and complex program environments.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, resource planning, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
