Role Description
Creative graphic & video Designing
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Industry Preference: Pharma / Healthcare
Synchem Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Video Editing, and AI-based Designing Tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating impactful promotional materials, social media creatives, product branding visuals, and marketing videos for pharmaceutical products and healthcare campaigns.
Candidates with prior pharma industry experience and knowledge of modern AI creative platforms such as Higgsfield AI, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc. will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design:
- Product visual aids
- Social media creatives
- Packaging designs
- Brochures, flyers, and banners
- Promotional marketing materials
- Create and edit:
- Promotional videos
- Reels and short-form content
- Corporate and product videos
- Use AI tools for:
- Creative content generation
- Image enhancement
- Mockups and visual concepts
- Faster design execution
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution
- Maintain brand consistency across print and digital platforms
- Deliver creative work within deadlines
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW
- Good command over Video Editing Software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as:
- Higgsfield AI
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
- Creative thinking with strong visualization skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
