OREGENESIS ENERGY SOLUTIONS Chandrapur, Maharashtra JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Representative Solar EPC Operations | Field Role | Full-Time ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Representative to join the Oregenesis Energy Solutions team. This is a full-time, on-field role responsible for end-to-end sales and operations — from generating leads to ensuring successful project delivery. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and government authorities, and will also handle procurement and logistics coordination for our transportation unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector across the assigned territory Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and industrial solar leads Conduct field visits, cold outreach, and community engagement to generate qualified leads Represent Oregenesis at local events, trade bodies, and industry forums Lead Conversion & Client Management Present proposals, quotations, and product offerings to prospective clients Negotiate and close deals with residential, commercial, and industrial customers Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Address client queries, resolve complaints, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle MSEB & Government Liaison Act as the primary liaison with MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board) for all regulatory and grid-related matters Coordinate net metering applications, inspections, and approvals with MSEB officials Follow up on pending documentation, subsidy applications, and government scheme compliances Maintain records of all MSEB correspondence and ensure timely resolution of utility-related issues Project Delivery & On-Site Coordination Oversee end-to-end project execution from site survey through commissioning and handover Coordinate with the installation team, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery Conduct site visits and progress checks to monitor installation quality and timelines Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and schedule Procurement & Transportation Unit Manage procurement activities assigned by the management for the transportation unit Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for materials, equipment, and logistics requirements Track procurement orders, delivery schedules, and inventory to support smooth project and transport operations Maintain procurement records and report status to management on a regular basis
REQUIREMENTS Graduate in any discipline; a background in Engineering, Business, or Energy is preferred 1–4 years of experience in field sales, EPC projects, or the solar/energy sector Familiarity with MSEB processes, net metering, and government solar schemes (e.g. PM Surya Ghar) is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory WHAT WE OFFER Competitive fixed salary with performance-linked incentives Conveyance and mobile allowance Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding solar EPC company Hands-on experience across sales, project management, and procurement functions Exposure to government schemes, utility partnerships, and commercial solar projects WORK MODE This is a full-time, on-field role.
