Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Team Leaders for an outbound banking sales process associated with a leading private sector banking campaign. The role requires strong team handling skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive performance in a target-oriented environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience managing sales teams in BPO, banking, telecom, insurance, or financial service campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of outbound sales executives
- Monitor daily productivity and sales performance
- Guide team members to achieve business targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure quality communication and customer handling standards
- Maintain process discipline and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with operations and management for process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HSC) or Graduate
- Prior experience as a Team Leader in any sales process is mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in outbound sales or telesales preferred
- Basic understanding of banking or financial sales processes is an advantage
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Minimum CIBIL score requirement: 650
