Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interface components using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
