1. Guest Handling
- Welcome and assist guests during their arrival and throughout their trip.
- Maintain regular communication with customers during the package.
- Understand guest requirements and provide timely assistance.
- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Ensure customers receive the services promised in their package.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with guests.
2. Tour & Package Coordination
- Coordinate airport/railway station pickups and drops.
- Coordinate with drivers, hotels, restaurants, activity providers and tour coordinators.
- Ensure sightseeing and activities are conducted according to the planned itinerary.
- Confirm daily schedules with guests and service providers.
- Monitor transportation and sightseeing arrangements.
- Inform guests about meeting points, timings and itinerary changes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the customer and operational team.
3. Problem Solving
- Act as the first point of contact for guests during their trip.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
- Escalate major complaints or service issues to the concerned team/head.
- Handle last-minute changes professionally.
- Coordinate alternative arrangements when required.
- Follow up until the customer's issue is properly resolved.
4. Customer Experience
- Regularly check whether guests are satisfied with the services.
- Collect customer feedback during and after the trip.
- Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
- Encourage customers to share genuine feedback/reviews after their trip.
- Maintain the service standards of Dayout Holidays.
5. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, Marketing and Tour Coordinator teams.
- Receive proper handover from the sales team before the customer's arrival.
- Verify package inclusions before service delivery.
- Update the internal team regarding important customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest-related information and operational updates.
6. Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily guest/service status updates.
- Report completed and pending services.
- Record complaints, incidents and resolutions.
- Share important operational updates with the reporting manager.
- Submit required EOD reports on time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
