- Provide 24-hour / shift-based nursing care at patient residence
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Oxygen level)
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids as prescribed
- Perform wound dressing, bedsore care, catheter care, tracheostomy care
- Assist patients with bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility and exercises
- Maintain patient hygiene and clean environment
- Handle medical equipment like oxygen cylinder, suction machine, nebulizer
- Observe patient condition and report changes to family
- Maintain daily nursing reports and medication chart
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patient and family
