Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Civil Draughtsman to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of interpreting engineering and architectural drawings while coordinating with engineers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare RCC detailing, reinforcement drawings, and foundation layouts.
- Modify and revise drawings based on engineer/client feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and material estimation when required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Knowledge of civil and structural drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with RCC detailing and construction methodologies.
- Basic understanding of building codes and construction standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other BIM software will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
