Job Summary:-
We are looking for 2 skilled Solar Planning Engineers to oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management. You will play a critical role in ensuring our solar plants are executed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Project Scheduling: Create detailed baseline schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines.
- Resource Optimization: Plan material delivery, manpower deployment, and machinery allocation.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site progress against targets and flags potential delays.
- Cost Control: Review budget variations and collaborate with procurement and execution teams.
Experience:-
Minimum 2–4 years of project planning experience strictly within the utility-scale or commercial solar sector.
Education:-
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Skills:-
Strong analytical mindset, data-driven forecasting and cross-functional coordination.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
