Job Purpose:
To manage the company’s financial planning, accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow, and internal controls to ensure profitability, transparency, and financial discipline across showroom and head office operations.
1. Financial Planning & Control
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
- Monitor actual performance vs budget.
- Control expenses and improve cost efficiency.
2. Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting (sales, purchase, inventory, expenses).
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank, cash, ERP software (PADM), and inventory accounts.
3. Cash, Banking & Treasury
· Monitor branch cash, UPI, card, and bank collections.
· Ensure daily cash reconciliation and timely bank deposits.
· Manage fund flow, payments, and vendor settlements.
4. Internal Controls & Audit
· Implement strong financial controls to prevent fraud and errors.
· Support internal and external audits.
· Review stock valuation, dead stock, and shrinkage (report that shows the difference between actual stock and system stock) reports. 5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other statutory requirements.
· File all statutory returns on time.
· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities, Charted Accountant and CS.
6. Management Support
· Provide MIS reports, profitability analysis, and business insights.
· Advise management on pricing, margins, and cost structures.
· Support strategic business decisions.
7. Team Management
· Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
· Allocate duties and shifts fairly and ensure proper manpower planning.
· Train new employees on SOPs, compliance , and company policies.
· Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
· Conduct performance reviews and recommend training, rewards, or corrective actions.
· Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour within the team.
· Resolve team conflicts and employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
· Ensure clear communication of goals, policies, and changes from management.
· Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
· Support HR in attendance, leave, appraisal, and compliance matters.
8.Other
· Stock Audit department Management
· Visit to branches to do Surprise Audits
· Co-ordinate with Branch Manager when Shrinkage. (When stock is missing, damaged, stolen, or wrongly recorded – that loss is called shrinkage.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
