Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Design & Methoding for Sand Casting, Investment Casting, and High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC).
- Drive Casting Simulation (MAGMA/ProCAST) to eliminate defects and maximize casting yields.
- Manage Ferrous & Non-Ferrous lines from technical RFQ evaluation to final production.
- Collaborate with Customers on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) using advanced CAD (SolidWorks/Creo/NX).
- Govern Product Launches using APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA frameworks.
What We Look For:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- 20+ years of foundry industry experience.
- Hands-on mastery of tooling design for Sand, Investment, and Die Casting.
- Strong grasp of both ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgical behavior.
