Experience Level: Mid Level (3–8 Years Minimum)
Primary Focus: Brand Identity, Art Direction, and Multi-Channel Design
Job Summary: This is a creative role for a designer who has operated at brand level — not just asset level. This person understands that design is a business tool. They are responsible for shaping how the brand looks, feels, and is perceived across every customer touchpoint. They bring strategic thinking to every brief and craft to every pixel.
Key Responsibilities:
Art Direction: Leading the visual direction of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content — from concept to final delivery.
Brand Identity Management: Owning and evolving the brand design system, including typography, colour language, iconography, grid structures, and tone of visual communication.
Marketing & Campaign Design: Producing high-impact creatives for paid media, organic social, email, out-of-home, and print — with a clear understanding of how design performs across each channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with the Content Lead.
Design Systems & Templates: Building scalable template libraries that allow junior team members and non-designers to execute on-brand without breaking it.
Must-Have Skills:
Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — and Figma for collaborative workflows.
Brand Thinking: Demonstrated experience building or stewarding a brand identity, not just executing briefs.
Multi-Format Fluency: Confident designing across digital, print, social, packaging, and environmental formats with full understanding of production requirements.
Typography & Composition: Advanced command of typographic systems, visual hierarchy, and layout principles across print and screen.
Presentation: Ability to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
