## Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical *MIS Executive* to manage and maintain business data related to *Home Loan (HL)* and *Loan Against Property (LAP)* operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, tracking business performance, and supporting management with accurate and timely MIS reports.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare *daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports* for HL/LAP business.
* Maintain accurate records of *lead generation, login, sanction, disbursement, and conversion data*.
* Generate *sales performance reports, dashboards, and productivity trackers*.
* Track *TAT (Turnaround Time)* across different loan processing stages.
* Coordinate with *Sales, Operations, Credit, and Business teams* for data collection and reporting.
* Ensure *data accuracy, validation, and timely submission* of reports to management.
* Analyze business trends and identify performance gaps.
* Manage large datasets using *Excel and MIS tools*.
* Prepare branch-wise and team-wise productivity reports.
* Support management in decision-making through data analysis and insights.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of *Advanced Excel* (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting)
* Good analytical and reporting skills
* Strong data management capability
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
## Preferred Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline (*B.Com / BBA preferred*)
* Certification in *Excel / MIS Reporting* is an added advantage
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
