Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in retail and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials that accurately represent design concepts while adhering to project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for retail, commercial, and residential interior projects.
Prepare interior perspectives, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and accessories to enhance presentation quality.
Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Teams to understand project requirements.
Revise renders based on client and management feedback.
Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and project specifications.
Maintain organized project files and libraries of materials, furniture, and textures.
Deliver visualizations within project deadlines.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, rendering techniques, and visualization software.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, colors, materials, and lighting.
Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
Ability to create realistic renders and animations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Interior Design Visualization.
Experience in Retail Interior projects will be preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing interior rendering and visualization work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in retail showroom, commercial, and office interior projects.
Knowledge of furniture detailing and interior materials.
Ability to understand construction drawings and design intent.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quality and realism of 3D visualizations.
Timely completion of assigned projects.
Accuracy of models as per design drawings.
Client and management satisfaction with presentation quality.
Number of revisions due to visualization errors.
Coordination with the design and execution teams.
