We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations, sample handling, testing, documentation, and research-related activities. The candidate should have basic laboratory knowledge and the ability to work with scientific instruments and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently conducts application testing of various products according to standard test methods or coating experiments designed by others.
- Properly operates all the equipment and lab apparatus in a safe and clean manner.
- Accurately records, organizes and communicates results/data from experiments and testing.
- Performs necessary analysis of data, draws conclusions based on testing results and makes recommendations of products for customers.
- Effectively participates in troubleshooting and technical support for sales team and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, storage areas and equipment.
- Responsible for following all applicable waste handling procedures.

Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 2-3 years of laboratory experience in Paint & Pigment application preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and testing methods
- Knowledge of sample handling and quality control
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
