About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, client acquisition, and business development for IT services or staffing solutions.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company in the IT services and recruitment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and references.
- Acquire clients for IT services, software development, and IT staffing requirements.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions, hiring models, or service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams for requirement delivery and client servicing.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status through CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or IT Staffing Sales.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, software services, and recruitment/staffing models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with IT staffing or software development companies.
- Understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based IT services.
- Exposure to domestic or international clients will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,568.22 - ₹40,008.28 per month
