We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our manufacturing unit .The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, managing distributors/retailers, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Appoint and manage distributors and retailers
- Visit markets regularly and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Handle order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination
- Support promotional and marketing activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
