Job Description – ELV Tendering Assistant
Position: ELV Tendering Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and submission of ELV tenders and proposals.
- Review tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare compliance sheets, technical documents, and quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and technical details.
- Maintain tender records and submission trackers.
- Support pre-sales and estimation team in documentation work.
- Prepare reports, comparisons, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and related documents.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, etc.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.
- Ability to understand BOQ and technical specifications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in relevant field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in ELV tendering, documentation, or pre-sales support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
