This is as per our telephonic conversation; we are seeking an experienced Manager - Projects for Hotz Industries Group.
The Hotz Group, established in 1952, traces its origins to the early 20th century under the Swiss Hotz family, initially focused on hospitality with landmark hotels like the Cecil in Shimla. In the 1980s, the Jain family took over and expanded the group into industrial gases, textiles, financial services, and food & beverage, operating over 50 restaurants across India with global brands such as Ruby Tuesday, Sbarro, and Haagen Dazs.
Today, the group is active in Hospitality, contemporary art through Nature Morte and is focused on industrial real estate, having developed a Grade A warehouse for Samsung and pursuing further projects in the sector.
Job Description – Manager - Projects (Civil)
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage construction and land development projects on owned land from planning to completion, ensuring smooth coordination across all phases.
- Site & Contractor Management: Supervise site execution, contractors, and vendors to ensure work progresses as per schedule, budget, and defined quality standards.
- Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with architects, consultants, and government authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with building regulations and safety norms.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project timelines, budgets, and risks, and prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.

Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field. - Must have
- 10–15 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in commercial buildings, plotting projects, Land leveling up or farmhouse developments preferred.
- Strong leadership, site management, and budgeting skills.
Preference - Open for travelling
Location - Nehru Place, Delhi
