About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to help students achieve their target IELTS scores. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of the IELTS exam format, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct online/offline IELTS training sessions for students.
● Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
● Assess students' English proficiency and create personalized study plans.
● Evaluate mock tests and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
● Guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
● Track student progress and maintain performance records.
● Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.
● Develop and update study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
● 1–3+ years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching.
● Excellent command of spoken and written English.
● Strong understanding of IELTS band descriptors and assessment criteria.
● Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing techniques effectively.
● Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
● Certification such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent.
● Prior experience teaching international students.
● Experience in online teaching and content development.
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
