Job Title: ESIC & PF Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ESIC & PF Consultant to manage and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, statutory filings, inspections, and payroll-related compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ESIC and EPF compliance for clients or the organization.
- Process monthly PF and ESIC contributions and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and file statutory returns, declarations, and other required documentation.
- Handle employee registrations, exits, transfers, UAN activation, KYC updates, and claim processing.
- Coordinate with EPFO and ESIC authorities regarding inspections, notices, audits, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate statutory records and employee data.
- Reconcile payroll with PF and ESIC contributions and resolve discrepancies.
- Advise management and HR teams on statutory compliance requirements and changes in labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
- Monitor updates to EPF, ESIC, and labor legislation and implement necessary changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification or specialization in labor law or statutory compliance is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in EPF, ESIC, payroll compliance, or statutory consulting.
- Experience working with multiple clients or organizations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EPF, ESIC, and applicable labor laws.
- Familiarity with EPFO and ESIC online portals.
- Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple compliance activities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the Code on Social Security and other labor law reforms.
- Experience handling statutory audits and government inspections.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
