We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results. The successful candidate will work on Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimisation for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads
* Plan, create, and optimise Google Search campaigns
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Improve Quality Score and Ad Rank
* Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
* Develop compelling ad copy and extensions
* Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets
* Set up remarketing campaigns
* Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Perform on-page and technical SEO optimisation
* Conduct keyword research and SEO audits
* Develop and implement link-building strategies
* Monitor and improve website rankings
* Work with content writers to optimise SEO content
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
* Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Monitor Google Search Console
* Set up conversion tracking and event measurement
* Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Landing Page Optimisation
* Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels
* Recommend improvements to landing pages
* Conduct A/B testing to increase conversion rates
Client Support
* Work closely with internal teams to understand client objectives
* Present campaign performance reports and recommendations
* Ensure campaigns achieve agreed KPIs and business outcomes

Requirements
Essential
* 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of Google Search Ads
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Experience with Google Search Console
* Good knowledge of SEO principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent Excel and reporting skills
Preferred
* Google Ads Certification
* Experience with Meta Ads
* WordPress knowledge
* Basic HTML/CSS
* Local SEO experience
* Experience with Looker Studio
