About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with Higher Education domain expertise to design and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for universities and academic institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), Academic Structures, Student Lifecycle Management, and enterprise Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for Higher Education institutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Define architecture standards, integration strategies, security models, and data governance.
- Prepare solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Student Information Systems (SIS).
- Experience with Academic Structures and Student Lifecycle Management.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations for Higher Education institutions.
- Expertise in integration architecture, data migration, security models, and data governance.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in universities or colleges.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (CTA/Application Architect/System Architect).
- Experience with enterprise integrations and API-based architecture.
- Strong documentation and architecture design skills.
