Site Supervisor
Houebanao is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates interested in construction and interior project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Ensure projects are completed as per timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report updates to the management team.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of construction, interior fit-outs, and site execution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior site supervision experience will be preferred.
Preferred Criteria
- Candidates residing in Noida or nearby areas will be preferred, as the role requires daily site visits.
- Owning a two-wheeler and having a valid driving license will be an added advantage for convenient travel between sites.
