About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students . The role involves counselling prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or education counselling will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).

- Monday to Saturday
