Job Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and grooming services
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair texture, and client preferences.
- Perform hair treatments, hair spa, keratin, smoothening, coloring, highlights, and other salon services.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Promote salon services and recommend suitable hair care products.
- Collaborate with the salon team to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist.
- Strong knowledge of haircutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatment techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Passion for beauty, grooming, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advanced hair coloring techniques.
- Knowledge of keratin, botox, smoothening, and rebonding treatments.
- Familiarity with premium salon products and services.
- Existing client base will be an added advantage.
