Job Title: Security Guard
Reports To: Administration Manager
Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor logs.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, where applicable.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or incidents immediately.
- Protect company property and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, fire incidents, and other security-related situations.
- Maintain daily security records, reports, and incident logs.
- Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and management when required.
Requirements
- Minimum High School education or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during shifts.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- Clean background record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
