Data Analyst – Real Estate Sales & Business Intelligence
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Sales & Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will analyze sales, inventory, customer, and market data to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and manage data from CRM, ERP, sales portals, and marketing platforms.
- Analyze sales performance, lead generation, conversion rates, inventory movement, and customer trends.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Generate MIS reports and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and campaign performance.
- Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and business planning through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams to deliver actionable business recommendations.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas)
- SQL
- Power BI or Tableau
- Google Sheets
- Basic Python or R (preferred)
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree or Data Analytics certification is an advantage.
Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Experience with property sales analytics or sole-selling projects is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
