Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Service Supervisor to oversee elevator maintenance and service operations across assigned routes in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in elevator systems, including Arkel Controllers and Monarch Controllers, along with experience in team supervision, troubleshooting, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise elevator maintenance and service activities across assigned routes.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor service technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to elevator control systems.
- Handle troubleshooting of Arkel and Monarch Controllers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with customers for service schedules and issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports, route performance records, and team productivity.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Elevator Industry.
- Hands-on experience with Arkel Controllers and Monarch Controllers.
- Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, and service operations.
- Experience in handling service teams and field operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and service routes efficiently.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in elevator service supervision and route management.
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel across assigned routes in Delhi/NCR.
