Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software components are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with messaging tools like Apache Kafka and frontend concepts (ReactJS, Angular).
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Java 17/21 (Advanced concepts, JVM tuning) and Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices-based applications.
- Hands-on expertise with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures with Hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing applications on AWS.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), Git, Maven, and Linux shell scripting.
- Security: Identity & Access (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, AWS IAM) & Data Protection (TLS, AWS KMS encryption).
- Knowledge in Multithreading: Java Concurrency API (ExecutorService, CompletableFuture) and Thread Safety (Locks, volatile, ConcurrentHashMap, Atomic types).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight deployments.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability in cloud environments.
- Skilled in integrating microservices with various data storage and messaging systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum Typically (7+) years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications, preferably within financial or banking domains with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
