We provide career support services including resume enhancement, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, job search assistance, and placement support. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can confidently communicate with candidates, understand their career goals, explain our services, and convert interested candidates into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective candidates via phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand candidate profiles, career goals, visa status, and job search challenges.
- Explain company services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers. Handle objections and build trust with candidates.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets. Work closely with recruitment and operations teams.
- Can be able to work in Night Shift ( 07:00PM to 04:00AM)
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, admissions, recruitment sales, immigration consulting, education consulting, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills. Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
