Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the Accounts Department in daily financial and administrative activities. The intern will assist in maintaining records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and supporting basic accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records
- Support data entry in accounting software and Excel
- Help prepare daily/monthly financial reports
- Verify expense statements and bills
- Assist in payroll-related documentation
- Coordinate with other departments for financial documents
- Maintain proper filing of accounts documents
- Support audits and stock verification when required
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager
Requirements
- completed B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related course
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
