Purpose Of the Position:
Mark sheet is a documentary proof of undertaking an examination and scoring certain marks, Transcripts are
basically records of all the examinations undertaken a cumulative record file maintained by the educational
institute. Transcripts are most often issued and used at the high school and university levels. Certain
Universities require sealed mark transcripts for applying in higher education.
For Quantitative and Qualitative delivery of above services operations executive will work in close contact of SPOC, Client, Field officers and Universities/Colleges.
Responsibilities:
To assist in back end operations of Transcript department.
- To co-ordinate with Client & Transcript team.(Operation & BD)
- To co-ordinate with clients both through emails and telephonically.
- To maintain strong communication with client by intimating minute to minute status related to their transcripts.
- To follow work procedure as per the protocol.
- To find out and to be thorough with the procedure of various universities for acquiring transcripts and other related data.
- To be thorough with internal software & Mobile app working if required.
- To train the field officers (FO) & to understand and solve the concerns of the (FO).
- To deliver maximum transcript cases in TAT & to handle priority deliveries.
- To maintain quality delivery, feedbacks on social media.
- To act as team player to achieve Targets.
- To maintain MIS and daily Reports, also to look after inwarding and
outgoing data of transcripts (Courier management)
- To adapt and implement new amendments/software/portals/procedures introduced.
- To co-ordinate with accounts dept. for payments of field officers on time to time basis. Strong MIS of rates/cases done by each verifier must be maintained.
Additional Responsibilities
- To eliminate errors, escalation if raised from Client.
- To support operations team down the line in absence of any team member.
