The Senior Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining consistency in product quality. They lead the barista team during shifts, train new staff, manage daily café operations, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, monitor inventory, operate the POS system, and support opening and closing activities. The role requires strong coffee-making skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
