Job Description – VP / Construction Head

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall construction operations and multiple projects from contract finalization to project handover.
- Handle key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, project review meetings, negotiations, and escalations.
- Drive contract negotiation, commercial closure, variations, claims, and billing coordination.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, cost, safety, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial, Planning, QA/QC, MEP, and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical, commercial, and client-related issues.
- Take overall responsibility for project completion, snag closure, documentation, and final handover.
- Provide regular project updates and strategic inputs to the Managing Director / Directors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior project and construction teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 18–25+ years of experience in construction/real estate.
- Strong experience in client handling, contract negotiation, commercial closure, and project handover.
- Experience in high-rise residential / large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
