Position Overview
Ziventra AI Venture is hiring US IT Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) to join our recruitment team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in US staffing and IT recruitment.
Experience Required
- Freshers: 0–1 year experience (Training will be provided)
- Experienced Candidates: 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and source suitable IT candidates.
- Search and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform initial candidate screening and evaluate technical skills.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily activity reports.
- Learn and apply US staffing concepts and recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a night shift environment.
- Strong learning attitude and interest in recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills (For Experienced Candidates)
- Experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
- Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and ATS.
- Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizen).
