We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating daily construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Monitor project progress and maintain timely execution
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain documentation
- Verify materials, measurements, and site requirements
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site execution
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and site management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle manpower and work independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
