Qualificaons and Skills:
Educaon: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality check role in the
financial services sector, parcularly in the LAP division of an NBFC.
Aenon to Detail: Meculous aenon to detail to spot inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing
informaon in loan files.
Communicaon: Strong wrien and verbal communicaon skills for documenng findings and
providing feedback.
Problem Solving: Ability to idenfy issues and provide soluons to maintain file quality
