A Manager - Catering role will be required to:
- Manage Site Operations
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Being responsible for health and safety and being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Hiring & Managing Staff
To land a job as a Senior Manager - Catering you will need:
- 4+ years experience in institutional catering
- Should have been a manager in a premier institution in the country
